1. Marble EVERYTHING

Marble has been very popular in home renovations over the last couple of years... marble countertops are becoming more and more prevalent, as are marble tiled floors and backsplashes. But now the luxe material is even showing its face in lots of DIY projects for the home.

What I love about the new color trends though is that they’re very diverse. Thanks to Pantone’s colors of the year, there will most definitely be a rise in the pretty, soft pastels. But on the other side of things, jewel tones are making a huge comeback and going dark is uber glamorous.

Large mirrors dramatically transform modern living spaces. They can be used to create illusions, make rooms look larger, & act as centerpieces from time to time. Using one right in front of a blank wall can work wonders in ways beyond your imagination for the light-hearted souls who are open to have some fun.

 Decorators are expected to continue using more potted plants, green walls, plant-inspired items, greenery art and accessories. The good news is that there’s greenery out there to suit everyone’s tastes.
